Roocare Return Policy

General Guidelines

We strive for customer satisfaction at Roocare. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Requirements for Returns

  1. Item Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return Authorization Number (RAN): Contact us to obtain a RAN before returning the item.

How to Make a Return

  1. Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and paperwork.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
